PREPAID GAS

Rockingham Marina offers guest the opportunity to pre-purchase a full tank of gas. You will be given this option during the check out on booking page. No need to worry about refueling when you’re finished, you get to move on to your next adventure without spending time waiting to refuel the rental. Simply purchase beforehand and return the rental to the gas dock.

USE OF THE BOAT

We highly recommend that EVERYONE watches the provided safety video and if you are born after January 1st, 1989, the law requires you to watch the BOATING SAFTY VIDEO before departing the dock. 

CHECK OUT AND RETURN

The boat will be available for check out at agreed upon time.  The rental must be returned at 6:00PM.  You will be given a 15-minute grace period.  Late returns will be charged $100.00 for the night.
There are NO refunds unless the lake is closed. However, rescheduling may be discussed with our Marina Manager, Jill Rogers, at (423)426-6386.

CANCELLATIONS

WEATHER, we do not guarantee weather.  No refunds for weather, but rescheduling is permitted upon discussion with our Marina Manager, Jill Rogers, at (423)426-6386.

GASOLINE 

If you choose not to pre-purchase fuel, then you must fill the boat up and return it with a full tank of fuel.

WHAT NOT TO DO

Sorry but NO GRILLS/ SMOKING/ OPEN FLAMES ON OUR BOATS
You are not allowed to beach the boat.
Damage to ACCESSORIES/ TUBES/ SKIS/ KNEEBOARDS/LILY PADS/ PADDLEBOARDS/COOLERS 
You will be charged full replacement cost if you lose or damage the accessory you have rented.

WHAT TO DO

Please bring extra life vests, if your party exceeds the provided amount. Children’s life vests are not provided. Children under the age of 12 must wear a life vest at all times aboard the vessel per law. 
Please arrive on time for your rental. Showing up late will not provide you more time at the end of the day. 
Please return your rental on time.
Avoid bringing snacks or swimwear with dyes that will stain the upholstery.
