ADVENTURE INSURANCE

Life happens! Don’t let it ruin your adventure. 

Have peace of mind by purchasing Adventure Insurance. If an unforeseen emergency or extreme weather conditions at the lake have changed your plan you can rebook your lake adventure for another date during the same year’s boating season.

This insurance can be used for extreme weather or emergencies only. 

You will need proof of hardship.  

Adventure Insurance must be used in same boating year.

You can rebook your time on the lake for the value of your initial booking. When using Adventure Insurance if the daily rate is more than your original booking you will be charged for the cost of the upgrade. 

Example: Your original booked date was for a Monday on the Bennington rear facing pontoon, but you can only make it to the lake on Saturday and you decide you would rather have the Premier 250 HP, you will pay for the difference in the day and the boat upgrade. 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS UNLESS LAKE IS CLOSED

PREPAID GAS

Ai Boat Rental Adventures offers guest the opportunity to pre-purchase a full tank of gas. You will be given this option during the check out on booking page. No need to worry about refueling when you’re finished, you get to move on to your next adventure without spending time waiting to refuel the rental. 

DELIVERY

Ai Boat Rental Adventures will deliver your rental to your favorite vacation rental with a private dock.  No charge for this service if rental is 3 days or more.  If it is less than three days, we will charge up to 300.00 for delivery. 

We highly recommend that EVERYONE watches the provided safety video and if you are born after January 1st, 1989, the law requires you to watch the BOATING SAFTY VIDEO before departing the dock. 

CHECK OUT AND RETURN

The boat will be available for check out at agreed upon time.  The rental must be returned at the time you have chosen during booking.  You will be given a 15-minute grace period.  Late returns will be charged $25.00 for every 15 minutes thereafter.

There are NO refunds unless the lake is closed. However, you may choose to purchase Adventure Insurance offered by Ai Boat Rental Adventures for a fee of 8% of your total rental, this allows you to re book within the current boating season (stipulations apply).

CANCELLATIONS

WEATHER, we do not guarantee weather.  No refunds for weather.  Ai Boat rental Adventures does offer Adventure Insurance for extreme weather.  The fee is 8% percent of your total booking fee.  This will allow you to re-book during this year’s boating season (stipulations apply). 

GASOLINE 

If you choose not to pre-purchase fuel, then you must fill the boat up and return it with a full tank of fuel.

 Sorry but NO GRILLS/ SMOKING/ OPEN FLAMES ON OUR BOATS

You are not allowed to beach the boat.

 Damage to ACCESSORIES/ TUBES/ SKIS/ KNEEBOARDS/LILY PADS/ PADDLEBOARDS/COOLERS 

You will be charged full replacement cost if you lose or damage the accessory you have rented.

50.00 off all Monday thru Thursday rentals, holidays exclude from this.  You can also choose a water accessory of your choice.  For a total savings of 75.00 a day.
